TravelAlaska.com Sports a New Look!

The World Wide Web is a constantly evolving tool. Websites that never change begin to look like big hair and puffy vests - obviously dated. For the past several months ATIA staff and our internet contractor have been working to "Re-skin" TravelAlaska.com.

We've given it a fresh look and some new functionality; made it a better tool for folks interested in an Alaska vacation. We've spent the last few weeks ironing out a few wrinkles and are ready to announce it to the world. And we're starting with you, our members - the people that make TravelAlaska.com possible.

The 7th annual Alaska Media Road Show is scheduled for October 26, 27 & 28, 2008 at the Biltmore in Santa Barbara, California. This public relations event provides ATIA member-partners the opportunity to meet with some of the nation's most influential and prolific travel journalists in two days of formal and informal events.

Healthy Visitors make for a Healthy Tourism Industry

In an era when illness can spread around the globe in a matter of days, it is important for those of us in the travel and tourism industry to take positive steps to insure that we help keep our visitors healthy as well as happy.
