The Alaska Travel Industry Association (ATIA) is the only statewide professional trade association for businesses and individuals involved in the visitor industry in Alaska. With over 700 members, ATIA remains the leading voice for the travel industry and advocates on behalf of the industry on issues impacting tourism in our state.

This past year has brought changes to ATIA and to the way marketing dollars are managed to promote Alaska’s destination marketing program. Today, ATIA remains the industry’s connection to the State of Alaska to inform the marketing program and continues to be your point of contact for sales of state cooperative programs, including vacation planner advertising, online advertising and more. What hasn’t changed is the commitment from both ATIA and the State of Alaska to promote Alaska as a premier visitor destination.

While we currently continue to offer many benefits important to the travel industry, ATIA is evaluating and exploring new membership benefits and membership fees for each member category, including tourism advocates, businesses, affiliates and community partners.
